fAIr brings together visionary women – entrepreneurs, sidepreneurs and corporate professionals – who want to use AI with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.

• As a member of our community, you are not simply joining a retreat. You are becoming part of a growing community committed to bridging the gender gap in technology through practical, responsible and human-centred AI.

• Shape the Journey: Your feedback and real-world experience help us continuously improve future fAIr retreats, programmes and tools. At the same time, we tailor the experience to the priorities of each cohort.

• Access Expertise and Community: Connect with AI experts, inspiring peers and the growing Female AI alumni network – during the retreat and beyond.

• Share Your Experience: Participants who would like to share their AI journey may be invited to contribute to future editions as guest experts, speakers or community ambassadors.

Led by fAIr founders Vero and Kai together with selected partners, the cohort explores large language models, AI agents and practical automation in an accessible, hands-on format.

Whether you are growing a business, leading transformation within an organisation or looking for practical ways to reduce your mental load, fAIr helps you develop AI workflows that save time, create clarity and support meaningful progress.
