    • Professional Profiles: Information regarding whether you are a Sidepreneur, Entrepreneur, or Corporate Pro to tailor our AI tracks .

       

    • Interaction Data: Engagement with our Weekly Learning Nuggets and community practice network.

       

    • Payment Information: Processed securely via our third-party payment providers on the Wix platform.
       

    4. Purpose of Data Processing


    We process your data to:
     

    • Deliver the 6-week intense skill-building program and weekly nuggets.

       

    • Coordinate the Finale Retreat & Pitch Night.

       

    • Provide expert mentorship and strategic guidance from Vero and Kai.

       

    • Form a supportive practice network where members can exchange ideas and resolve challenges.

       

    5. Data Security and Hosting

     

    Your data is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our services to you.

     

    • Storage: Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall.
       

    • AI Tool Usage: During our workshops, we deep-dive into LLMs, prompting frameworks, and custom GPTs. We guide you on how to manage AI risks, but we encourage participants not to enter sensitive personal or corporate data into third-party AI tools during the bootcamp.

       

    6. Data Retention

     

    We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the fAIr services, including the 3-month Build & Spark follow-up phase. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

     

    7. Your Rights

     

    Under Swiss and European data protection laws, you have the right to:

    • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

    • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate information.

    • Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data.

    • Withdrawal: Withdraw your consent for future data processing (e.g., unsubscribing from Learning Nuggets).
