1. Scope and Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between fAIr (operated by Vero and Kai, hereinafter "the Founders") and the participants (hereinafter "Participants") of the fAIr programs . fAIr aims to bridge the gender tech gap by providing applied AI upskilling through retreats, weekly lessons, and community support.
2. Services Offered
fAIr provides a multifaceted learning journey including, but not limited to:

AI Learning Nuggets: Weekly, bite-sized lessons designed for busy schedules.

The AI Retreat: A high-impact onsite upskilling bootcamp lasting 1–3 days.

The fAIr Journey: A 6-week intense skill-building period followed by a 3-month "Build & Spark" implementation phase.

Community Access: A supportive practice network for peer-to-peer learning and expert mentorship.
3. Eligibility and Registration

Target Audience: Our programs are specifically designed for female professionals, including Sidepreneurs, Entrepreneurs, and Corporate Pros.

Registration: Participation is confirmed only after successful registration via www.femaleai.ch and receipt of payment (unless otherwise agreed).

Commitment: Participants are encouraged to engage in the full 6-week journey to manifest their AI skills and business ideas.
4. Payment and Fees

Fees for the AI Retreats and the "Weekly Learn & Community" modules must be paid in full prior to the start of the program, unless a payment plan has been established.

All prices are as stated on the website or official offer at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellation: Due to the limited nature of our cohorts and onsite retreat logistics, cancellations can only be accepted by forwarding your ticket to a peer.

Organizer Cancellation: fAIr reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events (e.g., the Finale Retreat) due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or credit for future cohorts.
6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including "Learning Nuggets," frameworks, and AI tools shared during workshops, remain the intellectual property of fAIr or its founders.

Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these materials for their own personal or business growth .
7. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

Safe Space: fAIr fosters a supportive network where ideas are exchanged and challenges resolved. Participants agree to keep all sensitive business ideas or personal challenges shared by other members confidential.

8. Liability and AI Risks

Educational Purpose: fAIr provides training on how to use AI Agents, manage risks, and leverage AI tools. While we guide participants toward business excellence, fAIr does not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.

Tool Usage: Participants are responsible for their own use of third-party AI tools (e.g., LLMs, image generators) and must comply with those tools' respective terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, reflecting our primary base of operations.
