About the Event
Join female executives, board members and entrepreneurs for the fAIr AI Mountain Retreat at Maistra 160 – a space for strategic thinking, practical exploration and meaningful connections among senior women leaders.
Together, we will explore practical use cases, test relevant tools and workflows, create useful AI agents and discuss how AI can reduce mental load, support creativity and improve everyday efficiency. Applied learning is balanced with moments of focus, reflection, movement and meaningful connection.
Sharpen your AI judgement and explore use cases that matter to your organisation and your leadership. Work with AI tools and agents to support better decisions, strengthen effectiveness and reduce mental load. Through candid peer conversations, hands-on sessions and mindful reflection, develop practical approaches to leading with AI – and build relationships with women navigating similar opportunities and responsibilities.
